personaltime™ is now fully email enabled. Where using timegate™, personaltime™ now receives assignment updates automatically and, when timesheets are posted, they are automatically emailed to the users manager for approval, or to timegate to post into centraltime™. Fully automates the interface with centraltime™ via timegate™
personaltime™ users can be configured to operate as an email client, integrated with your email system, or within a Group as a Network use, as per Version 9.0.
personaltime™ timesheets can now be emailed directly to a nominated user, and where timegate is implemented, timesheets will be automatically posted into centraltime™ Decreases administration time & posting delays, increases accuracy.
When integrated with scheduletime™, user's timesheets can be pre-filled with their expected assignments makes timesheet entry easier for users.
webtime™Web based timesheet entry
webtime™, the web time (and expense) entry system has been upgraded and the interface with centraltime™ streamlined to reduce administration.
New, Fully Host ASP Service available
Where organizations would like to use webtime™ web based timesheet (and expense) entry but do not have the Internet servers, architecture or security systems to support servers that are open to the Internet, Timewatch can provide a fully hosted service. Secure, fully hosted Web Service for those without the necessary Web Architecture.
With ASPtime™, you still run a centraltime™ system on your network, but the included ASP Server Manager automatically sets up your database on our Web Servers, securely publishes Employees and Job Assignments and emails your users with instructions on how to log in. Automates management of timesheet setup
Once users enter and post their timesheets, they are automatically and securely emailed to your centraltime™ system, which the ASP Server Manager automatically adds into your database Users enter timesheets via the web. Authorization built in, securely and automatically published within centraltime™
Disbursements
With Advanced Billing, Disbursements are enhanced to include a Charge-out value, Uplift value or Uplift %age Allows automated disbursement uplifts to be configured.
With Advanced Billing, Revenue for disbursements can be posted to individual revenue codes for each disbursement / expense type. Allows Disbursement Revenue to be analyzed by each disbursement / expense type.
With Advanced Billing, you can modify Disbursement rates specifically for a Job. Allows disbursement rates by Job.
Security
Security enhanced to allow Add, Edit, Delete and View control to all key areas. Allows you to more finely control user access to specific system areas.
Tab Control has been added to Jobs, Employees, Clients, Cost Centers, allowing you to grant full access, view access or hide individual Tabs from users In detailed areas such as Jobs Employees, Clients and Cost Centers, you can control user access to specific tabs. Control options are full access, View access (no amendments) or hide the Tab (no access).
New Control / Security System allows you to control individual users' access to Invoicing and the Functions they can perform. Control User's rights to Suggest Invoices, Make Amendments, raise credit notes, print invoices etc. Allows you to configure exactly the rights individuals have within Billing. Supports Project Manager Suggestion and amendment
Invoice Options can be turned off for individual users Allows you to configure the "Manager 1/2/3" settings for individual users such that they can only suggest / amend / invoice jobs that they are the manager for.
Configurability - Menu Editor
The Menu Builder has been dramatically enhanced. Supports a wide range of configuration options.
Menu Builder now supports the addition of menu items on Right Mouse Click menus. For example the Right Mouse Menu on the Job and Employee List and Drill Downs. Allows you to add a function to any menu or right mouse click menu
Parameter passing included in Right Mouse Click Menus. E.g.. a detailed Job report which accepts a parameter of the Job Number could be added to the Right Mouse Menu on the Job List. If you highlight a job in the list, then right mouse click and choose the report, the highlighted Job number will be passed to the report so that it will only provide details of the report Parameters automatically passed to reports / external systems. Allows customization of any centraltime™ menu.
Auto-Parameter Builder built in.
centraltime™ now automatically analyzes Crystal Reports and searches for any Parameters which the user is requested to enter. If parameters are required, centraltime™ automatically builds a single user friendly parameter entry screen and applies the users centraltime™ security profile to the parameter list. For example if the report requires Employees to be selected and the user is restricted to a Cost Center, they can only choose Employees from their Cost Center.
Improves reporting ease of use and security.
Multiple Drill Down Reports Supported.
Within 9.5, you can write and add new reports to any centraltime™ Drill Down.

Customization - Software Developers Toolkit
A Software Developers Toolkit (SDK) is now available as an optional Module. Allows organizations that have development skills to customize their Time® implementation in a safe, future proof manner.
Future Proof™.
Timewatch's SDK is designed to provide the perfect solution, combining the stability and cost effectiveness of a Packaged Solution, with the flexibility of a Bespoke solution, but with the issues. The SDK allows organizations that have development skills to use the same COM Object that we ourselves use to manage the database. This means that you can develop applications that use our routines so that when we bring out a new version, your applications continue to run. In addition, you can embed application onto the centraltime™ menu to make them look like part of the Standard System, and even create Help for your applications that run within our Help system.
Allows you to make Time® match your requirements perfectly, whilst maintaining a future upgrade path.
The SDK includes a future proof COM Object to allow you to write applications that use standard centraltime™ functions to communicate with the database. Provides a developer friendly toolkit through which applications can be developed to work with centraltime™ functions in a safe, future proof environment that will continue to operate with new versions of centraltime™.
The SDK also includes access to our OnEvent system which allows Business Process Logic to be diverted or amended. This powerful facility allows internal operations to be safely and securely altered to match your business needs. Examples include modification of information in drill downs, changes to the processing of invoices or the inclusion of processing specific to your organization. All, safe, secure and FutureProof™. Allows modification or diversion of internal code/logic to match your business processes.
The SDK also includes the Menu Builder to allow applications to be added to centraltime™ Menus. This, combined with the COM Object allows you to create your own extensions to centraltime™, then add them into the system in such a way that the user does not know it is a part of the standard system Allows you to create your own extensions to centraltime™, then add them into the system in such a way that it appears to the user as a part of the standard system.
With the SDK you can also customize the centraltime™ Help system to include details on any extensions that you have created for your organization. Timewatch even provide a Help Documentation Service to take a Word Document and build it into the Help system, or we can train you how to do it. Again, as you'd expect, this service is future proof and will continue to operate with future versions of centraltime™. Increases user friendliness and ease of use. Help for Standard Packaged product and your customizations are all served from the same help system creating an image of seamlessness between centraltime™ and your customizations.
Customization - Additional Analysis Module
New Additional Analysis Module allows you to create unlimited analysis fields. Create the fields you require for your organization.
Analysis fields are available on Jobs, Employees, Customers and Cost Centers. Allows you to categorize any key area for reporting, hold additional information by Employee, Cost Center etc.
Analysis fields can be re-used or applied to multiple items, eg Department could be used on Jobs and Employees Create multi level analysis fields for cross tab analysis reporting. eg Cross Costing or charging reporting, Cost of employee time from Dept. A on Dept. B jobs compared with employee time from Dept. B on Dept. A Jobs.
Analysis fields can be defined as Text, Number, Currency, Date, Lookup (lookups definable by you) or Yes/No Ensures data is entered in the correct format.

Invoice Templates can be configured by Job to be output directly to the Printer, in a Preview Window or sent to your Word Processor. Allows you to send specific Invoices to different locations, for example you may usually print invoices, but for a certain Customer you send it to Word for personalized notes to be entered.
New Control / Security System allows you control individual users' access to Jobs. Control Add, Amend, Delete and View Rights as well as View and Amend rights to individual Tabs. Control which users can access individual Tabs and wether they can amend data.

Additional Fields are configurable as Text, Number, Currency, Date, Lookup or Yes/No fields. Ensures data is entered correctly.

Multi Currency functionality within the Advanced Billing Module has been enhanced dramatically to include full Multi-Currency Billing as well as multi-currency disbursement and expense management
Multi Currency functionality has been designed to combine the best of the best Multi-Currency mechanisms used within Financial Management Systems. In particular SunSystems and Dream. Multi-currency is fully compatible with these and all other financial systems. Financial Accounting Grade Currency rating system.
Miscellaneous
centraltime™ now includes our Crash Protection System which, if an unexpected error is encountered, notifies you of the issue, sends the details to Timewatch support, then continues operation. Protects your system and data from unexpected errors.

A Reporting Wizard has been added to the Job Drill Down. This facility allows you to create a report or query using the data within the Job Drill Down. Easy, User friendly report writing
Reports can be added to any Menu, Right Mouse Menu or Drill Down Menu with the optional Menu Builder. Allows you to attach a report to any menu.
