E-mail Scheduler Overview

timegatecan be configured to automatically email personaltime™ users their new assignments at a time or frequency you specify. timegate's Scheduler detects changes you make in centraltime™and automatically emails the details to employees that are configured to receive updates via email. timegate can be configured to periodically check for incoming timesheet and expense data. This is automatically posted into centraltime™ CentralTime, ready for invoicing and reporting.

 

timegate can operate in any environment with a 100% MAPI compliant email systems such as MS-Mail, Exchange and Outlook from Microsoft and later MAPI compliant versions of CC:Mail and Notes from Lotus, so it can run across your Office, inter office or via the Internet.

When you start timegate the Mail Scheduler runs automatically, checking to see if there are outstanding assignments to be sent to personaltime™ users. If there are, and the schedule time for email delivery has elapsed, it immediately emails your employees their timesheets.
