E-mail Scheduler Overview

timegate™can be configured to automatically email personaltime™ users their new assignments at a time or frequency you specify. timegate™'s Scheduler detects changes you make in centraltime™and automatically emails the details to employees that are configured to receive updates via email. timegate™ can be configured to periodically check for incoming timesheet and expense data. This is automatically posted into centraltime™ CentralTime, ready for invoicing and reporting.

timegate™ can operate in any environment with a 100% MAPI compliant email systems such as MS-Mail, Exchange and Outlook from Microsoft and later MAPI compliant versions of CC:Mail and Notes from Lotus, so it can run across your Office, inter office or via the Internet.

When you start timegate™ the Mail Scheduler runs automatically, checking to see if there are outstanding assignments to be sent to personaltime™ users. If there are, and the schedule time for email delivery has elapsed, it immediately emails your employees their timesheets.
