Setting up the Mail Schedulertimegate can be configured to automatically email employees their assignments. To configure this facility you must first configure the timegate Update Scheduler to process employee updates. You can then specify when updates should be emailed to employees. timegate can also be configured to periodically check for incoming timesheet and expense data which it gathers and consolidates intocentraltime |

Once enabled, timegate will automatically email users their assignments and gather their completed time and expenses for consolidation into centraltime.
